ok, Frank, whether you like it or not..
since Sahar is working hard at his logo, I thought I’d be fun to offer some alternative options for the ‘Seven Mile’ logo font.. there’s nothing wrong with what you’ve got, I’m just bored, and looking to kill some time.. and I have some logo software at my disposal..
I stuck with your existing color combos, just tossed in a few alt font options..
if you like any, let me know..
what you ya’ll think? You like what he has now? Or should he change?
I kinda like the first one..

I particularly like No. 5 and No. 7 (7? what a coincidence) as they stand out from the rest and grabs my attention… IMHO
Looks awfully like the logo on Sevenseek.com
His is too stodgy and your first one is a bit better, but Seven Mile is a Caribbean beach - the logo needs to be casual and relaxed to reflect that. One of the scripts, I think.
[…] Domainer’s Gazette kindly offers so possible alternative logos for me http://www.domainersgazette.com/an-alternative……
I would suggest something that incorporates like a breaking wave design. Maybe something that can incorporate a gradiant of www’s or domains or .com in the design itself using the afformentioned www’s etc. as the pixel in the waves design.
just my thoughts.

I prefer the logo being NUMBER 5 as it does convey the island paradise culture!! My 2 cents!!
Ask Frank to explain why he named his blog “seven mile”
As far as the logo alternatives, arggggh. You gotta spend more than ten minutes with photoshop elements when you’re dealing with a top domain doggie like FS.
