This was after their previous $34.99 e-mails telling me my domain was expiring. Like a lot of companies, their focus is on their "save desk," where they only address your needs when you've signalled you're leaving. Like when a charge card company waives their annual fee when you call in to cancel. But why would I want to stay with a company where my loyalty is taken advantage of? So if you do like Network Solutions but don't feel like paying the $34.99, just turn off domain protect and you'd probably get one of these e-mails lowering the price by 70%.
