.biz, .cc, and .ws
typically referred to as ‘dot what?’, as that’s the common reaction uttered by a second party when mentioning the extension.
These poor guys truly get no respect, and deservedly so in some people’s opinions. Honduras.biz selling for the “no comma found” price of $300 at the GeoDomain Expo solidifies this opinion at large.
But which is the worst?
That’s debatable.
So how about we run an impromptu poll.
in your opinion, which is worst? (and feel free to add alternatives into the type-in box..)

I voted .cc.
.biz is OK. The honduras.biz sale for $300 shocked me. .WS… hrm… I don’t really like it, but .cc is worse for me.
P.S: There’s a problem with the layout of the site. Check out the comment box being overlapped by the sidebar.
thanks for the heads up on the layout.. had no idea..

I went with .cc. I still see some .ws sales and many more .biz sales. Europe.biz is on auction now up to $3,000 with over 3 days left, so there’s still potential for premium .biz’s:

All pretty bad. And while we’re at it, let’s do away with “continent” extensions like .eu, .asia and the proposed extension for Latin America. And why does .su (Soviet Union) still exist? Clean up this mess.
I think that Biz is completely undervalued, if you for a second imagine that .Biz was one of the first TLDs to be introduced upon the world and that .Com came in 10 years later, .Com would be up here on your list. The extension is a great deal more logical because it translates to a mainstream term with phonetic value. It has acquired the stigma of being an also-ran with a lousy marketing-plan but in a fast diluted field of extensions, 10 years from now people will be wondering how they missed the opportunity to pick generic .Biz terms in 2007 for fractions of what a .Com commands.
I think all three of them stink. DotBiz is the better of the bunch if I had to say…no specific reason other than sounding better and being easier to remember.
I voted .biz, since I don’t think it’s a good idea to get rid of ccTLDs that belong to specific countries…

.mobi
I think .biz is undervalued as of now. To me .ws, .tv and .mobi are over rated and over markted. They will come down in prices
