I’m finding it harder and harder to find properly targeted In Text ads..
this one recently made me slap my forehead..
maybe people in the Hurricane got hit with flying debris, and it threw off their vision, and now they need Lasik surgery?
apparently so.

Peter,
This is an interesting article but I am confused about something.
The example you give for the In Textad shows the domain LasikPlus.com. Are you saying that’s your domain?
It seems to belong to a real company and is trademarked. The site is also quite nice. It’s certainly far beyond a typical parking page.
When you say “I tend to acquire … domains, then SEO & PPC’em to drive traffic, and re-sell the leads I generate”
are you saying you actually develop the sites as opposed to just using a Parking page?
As I said this sounds interesting and I would like to know more.
Thanks.
Patrick
nah, not my site - didn’t mean to be misleading. I’ll adjust the post to address that..
but to your other question, yes, I almost always develop sites. I rarely ever park. I’ve found the revenue I generate from developing greatly exceeds parking..
Thanks for your answer Peter.
Maybe sometime you’ll write about developing domains.
I know this would be of great interest.
