They are using the time to maximise their revenue by offering assistance via email / Internet (phone calls are not as cheap when calling customers and many customer service operators would get locked into talking with their customers for hours ). I find it odd that their products are so well loved (when you don't think too hard about how much of your information they have) and yet they offer almost no support. Ballsy - yep. Savvy? fo sho.
